Our Policy

General

CHECK IN:  In order to serve you better, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  If you have an appointment in our spa please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.  Your promptness is appreciated. If you arrive after your scheduled start time, your service may be shortened so that other guests do not experience delays.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:  We understand the occasional need to cancel or change your appointment times.  Please honor our 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the service price.  No-shows and cancellations made within 4 hours of appointment time may be charged 100% of service price.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Please make prior arrangements for childcare.  Children under 12 not allowed on spa level without an adult.

 GRATUITIES:  Gratuity is not included in the price of service.   At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted.

PAYMENT:  We accept most major credit cards, personal checks or cash. Returned checks will be charged a service fee.

SPA ATTIRE:  Upon your arrival to our spa, you will be given a robe and slippers and a personal locker to secure your belongings.  We regretfully can not be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings.

OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS:  Our amazing service providers are certified or licensed, independent contractors.  For more information about your provider’s specific policies, please consult your provider directly.

GIFT CARDS:  Our Gift Cards are available for any service, package or product and are not refundable.

PRE-BOOKING:  Please remember to pre-book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon to enable front desk staff to accommodate your wishes.

How To Spa

If you have any medical conditions and or concerns please notify us when scheduling your visit.

Your visit to the spa should be one of leisure and relaxation. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment. If you would like to use our infrared sauna or unwind in our Relaxation Sanctuary prior to your appointment, we recommend arriving 45 minutes prior. Please request so when booking your appointment.

To enhance your spa experience, we strongly discourage the use of cell phones.

Upon checking in for your spa experience, you will receive a  locker, robe, slippers, and towels. Showers are provided.  All guests are welcome to use our relaxation lounge prior to or following their appointments.

Your privacy & comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping.  Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.

Fri: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sat: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
